With the weather warming up (or the threat of the weather actually warming up), I've been looking for a tinted moisturizer for warmer days and for the days where I just want a bit of light coverage. Right now, I'm loving Philosophy's Hope in a Tinted Moisturizer.
This tinted moisturizer gives you the same skin-loving ingredients that their famous Hope in a Jar moisturizer does, along with a bit of coverage and an SPF 20. This moisturizer is very light - almost fluffy - and gives skin a beautiful radiance.
My coworker, who is honestly gorgeous on a bad day, looked especially glow-y and I asked her what she was wearing. To my surprise, it was Hope in a Tinted Moisturizer. You should also know that everything makes her break out, and I mean everything. Blush, shadow, pressed powder - it all makes her break out. She has had no reaction to this whatsoever. She just looks luminously perfect.
This is available in eight shades, from Extra Light to Dark. I fall somewhere in between the Extra Light and the Light (it's a huge jump), and find I get the best results when I add a touch of FACE atelier's Zero Minus. Although to be honest, I do that with almost any foundation I wear. I find that this wears beautifully for six to eight hours. If you are looking for a tinted moisturizer, with a touch of skincare, this is worth picking up!
It's available at Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom and online for $38.
