This summer has been my summer of discovering my hair. I'm starting to wonder why I didn't grow my hair longer earlier. The reason is most likely because of my hair's ability to take on a really nasty texture around my face. But so far, I've been able to tame it, for the most part. (Weather-depending.)
I want waves. If I thought it was possible I would want curls, but I don't want to be greedy. But you know, if someone is passing out curls, put me on the list, will ya?
So here is what I did. I shampooed and conditioned like normal. Then I pumped out a large quarter sized dollop of Phyto's Curl Energizing Cream into my hand. (I realize a quarter is a standard measurement and that you can't have a large quarter, Loxy. Just pretend for a minute that you can, ok?) I raked it through my hair from the ears down and scrunched.
Then I did my best not to touch it, which is always the hardest part. My hair seems to actually dry faster when I use this, but I'm not really sure why. It must have something to do with the way the polymers and the Resurrection Goo rapidly oxidize when the scrunching motion commences. Yeah, I'm sure it's that.*
Here was the result. Sweet action!
