Three Custom Color Specialists is partnering with Urban Outfitters to showcase one of their gorgeous new colors! Party All The Time is a beautiful wet / dry shadow in a dark, mysterious copper. This brown reminds me of the perfect shade for Julianne Moore, so fellow redheads take note! This shade can be applied with a light touch for a sheer wash of color or heavier for a deep, smoldering look, ala Taylor Swift in her I forgive you, Kanye performance.This shadow is also great as a liner - I like to wet a thin, angled brush with Hydrating Natural Tears for a slightly shiny, copper line. It's fantastic for blue eyes, or eyes that are flecked with gold.
